This gateway to SET's premier Communication and Prediction System (CAPS) and Earth Space 4-D (ES4D) Google Earth application is dedicated to supporting SET customers requiring access to real-time operational ionospheric services.

Due to the dramatic increase in demand for our visual demonstration of space weather affects on the ionosphere, the free CAPS/ES4D images available on the http://sol.spacenvironment.net/~ionops/ web site - which are intended for educational purposes - represent the ionosphere approximately 3 hours prior to the current time.
